Questions
How do I pick up at a self-service store?
After you pay, we text you an order number. At your chosen time, take the bag labeled with your order number from the in-store pickup fridge. If your parents pick up for you, they can check by the recipient's name.
How long does it keep?
It tastes best on the day you pick it up. Keep it chilled (0–10℃) and eat it by the use-by date on the label.
What if I miss my pickup time?
We keep it in the pickup fridge until closing (23:00) that day. After closing it is discarded for hygiene, and refunds are not possible. (Sample policy, not yet final)
How should I heat it?
Heat soup in a pot on medium for 3–4 minutes, and mains in a 700W microwave for 1 min 30 sec. Greens and stir-fried side dishes can be eaten as they are.
